In many cases, the Office of the Inspector General issues public reports and memoranda detailing the findings and recommendations of its investigations, audits, and program reviews. It is the intention of the OIG to post these reports and memoranda on its website once these reports are published. The OIG began posting website reports and memoranda on this website during 2002. The OIG files many of its reports at the Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Board. Visual images of addenda, exhibits, and responses are not retrievable through the website, but copies of these attachments can be retrieved from the Clerk of the Board.Reports released in 2001 are generally available at the Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Board. Copies of older reports released by the OIG, which are not available at the Clerk of Board, are available via a public records request made by contacting the Office of the Inspector General. Charges apply for the reproduction of these documents and any other administrative expenses related to the production request as authorized by County administrative order and state law. The Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Board is located at the Stephen P. Clark Government Center, 111 N.W. 1st Street, 17th Floor. The phone number is (305) 375–5126. They are open from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; holidays excluded. In accordance with Miami-Dade County Administrative Order 4-48, there is a $.15 copy charge per one-sided page and $.20 per double-sided page.
