In response to the COVID-19 epidemic, we are implementing certain procedures to ensure the health and safety of the general public and our staff. Until further notice, our downtown office in the Overtown Transit Village will be closed to the public, however, the OIG is fully operational using electronic communication. Our staff is available by phone or email during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- If you would like to report fraud or need to speak to someone from our office, please call our main number 305-375-1946 and leave a brief message with your name and telephone and a staff member will contact you as soon as possible.
- If you wish to speak to one of our Special Agents directly during our regular office hours, please leave a detailed message at 305-375-1946 and your call will be returned within the next business day.
- Deliveries sent to and from our office will be limited and must be coordinated prior to execution. Please call 305-375-1946 to coordinate all deliveries.
